Every room has a COCO-MAT natural mattress, a smart TV, coffee and tea facilities, a minibar and a safe, with room service around the clock. Efkleidis metro station is about 960 m and the port passenger terminal about 3 km. Thessaloniki Makedonia International Airport (SKG) is about 14 km by road, around 20 minutes by car. On-site parking is limited. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM, and pets are not accepted.
The building belongs to IKA, the Greek social security fund, and since 2014 it has been leased for 30 years to Belterra Investments. The most recent major renovation was completed in 2017.
