Chef Trastelis's French cooking with Greek produce

Chef Apostolos Trastelis cooks on a classical French base shaped by Greek produce. Guests choose between an à la carte menu and the Discovery tasting menu, which is the fullest way to see what the kitchen does. Plan for more than two hours.
