In short
Nepal is one of the simplest trips from Bangladesh, because tourists receive the visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. A first visit in the visa year is free for up to 30 days for SAARC citizens. Later visits cost US$30, US$50 or US$125 for 15, 30 or 90 days, paid in cash at the airport bank counter.
There is nothing to send to an embassy before a Nepal holiday. The visa is handled at Tribhuvan International Airport, and as SAARC nationals, Bangladeshi citizens get special terms on their first visit of the visa year.

How to apply for a Nepal visa, step by step
The application in the order the official process runs, with the time each step takes where the authorities state it.
- Fill in the forms The arrival card and the online tourist visa form, on the Department of Immigration website before you fly or at the airport kiosks.
- Keep the barcode receipt Print it or keep it with you. Valid for 15 days
- Pay at the bank counter Only on later visits in the same visa year; carrying some cash is advised.
- Go to the immigration desk Present the form, the receipt and your passport.
