Day 1
Chattogram to Rangamati and the hanging bridge
Pickup from your hotel, the railway station or Shah Amanat airport in Chattogram at 08:30. The road to Rangamati is about 77 km and takes close to three hours with a tea stop. After check-in and lunch, the guide takes you to the Tribal Cultural Institute museum, which displays the dress, tools and jewellery of the hill communities, then to the hanging bridge at Parjatan for the late afternoon light. The evening is free at the lakeside.

Day 2
Kaptai Lake by boat and return to Chattogram
Breakfast and check-out. The private engine boat leaves the hotel jetty at about 08:30 and crosses Kaptai Lake to Shuvolong, roughly one hour away, for the waterfall and the narrow channel between the hills. On the way back the boat stops at Rajban Vihara, the seat of the Chakma Buddhist community, and for lunch at an island restaurant. Back at the jetty by 15:00, the car returns to Chattogram for an evening drop at about 18:00.

Children & extra bed policy
Children under 2 travel free sharing the parents' bed, with no seat on the vehicle. A child aged 2 to 11 sharing a bed with two adults pays 75% of the adult price; with a separate bed, 85%. Guests from 12 years old pay the adult price. One child per room can share a bed.

Booking and confirmation

Payment schedule
A deposit of 25% of the package price confirms the seats. The balance is due 30 days before departure; bookings made inside 30 days are paid in full at the time of booking. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Nexus and bKash are accepted.
Cancellation and refunds
Full refund over 45 days out, 50% retained down to 21 days, non-refundable inside that.
Cancel 45 days or more before departure and the full amount paid is refunded. Between 44 and 21 days before departure, 50% of the package price is refunded. Inside 21 days, or a no-show on the day, no refund is due. If the operator cancels a departure for low numbers or a closure order, you choose between another date and a full refund.
Visa & documents
Guests who do not hold a Bangladeshi passport need a valid Bangladesh visa before travel. Apply at least 21 days before departure; the desk can issue a booking confirmation and itinerary letter for the application but does not file the visa itself.

On tour
