Rental days
- Each 24 hours from pick-up counts as one rental day.
Cancellation
Booking24 h before pick-up
- Toyota Allion: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up; after that the rental’s cancellation charges apply.
- Toyota Aqua, Toyota Hilux: free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up; after that the rental’s cancellation charges apply.
- Mitsubishi Pajero Sport: free cancellation up to 72 hours before pick-up; after that the rental’s cancellation charges apply.
What you need
- NID card or passport in the name used for the booking.
- Self drive (Toyota Aqua): a valid driving licence in the main driver’s name; visitors from abroad also need an International Driving Permit.
- Cars with driver: no licence needed, the driver holds it. Share the pick-up address and a phone number the driver can call.
Driver age
The main driver must be 23 or over, with a licence held for at least 2 years.
With a driver
- Fuel included in the price.
- The driver’s food and lodging are included.
Insurance and protection
- Collision damage waiver (CDW): Included on every car
- Theft protection: Included on every car
- Third-party liability: Included on every car
- 24/7 roadside assistance: Included on every car
- Security deposit: $250.00, held at pick-up and released when the car comes back undamaged (3 cars need none).
- Damage excess: $600.00, the most you pay towards damage or theft.
Extra charges
- Toyota Aqua: 150 km a day included; $0.25 per extra km; tolls and parking paid on the way.
- Toyota Allion: 100 km a day included; $0.40 per extra km; tolls and parking paid on the way.
- Toyota Hilux: 150 km a day included; $0.70 per extra km; tolls and parking paid on the way.
- Mitsubishi Pajero Sport: 200 km a day included; $0.85 per extra km; tolls and parking included.
