The 500 sqm Royal Suite has two living rooms, a butler's room, a full kitchen and a balcony over the fountain.
Reyhana is the all-day restaurant, with regionally sourced dishes and a Friday seafood night. Its breakfast buffet runs from 6:30 to 11:00 AM, until noon on Fridays and Saturdays, and costs about SAR 215 per adult when not included. Children 6 and under eat breakfast free and those aged 7 to 12 pay half. The Karamel Lounge serves pastries, afternoon tea and light lunch and dinner menus. The hotel serves no alcohol.
The gentlemen's spa has three treatment rooms, a soaking tub, a sauna and a steam room. The health club has free weights and cardio machines, with separate hours: men use it from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and women from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

The hotel opened in 2017 behind a palace-style façade, with crystal chandeliers and marble floors inside. Rooms start at about 37 sqm (399 sq ft), and there are 30 Executive Suites. Saltz, led by executive chef Thomas Pendarovski, builds its Red Sea menu around eight salts from around the world, and the Cake Boutique sells pastries, chocolates and cakes. Reyhana adds Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes to its Saudi menu, with a street-food night on Thursdays. The spa is men-only and uses Taif rose in its treatments. There is no pool on site; ask about the Beach Escape package for beach access. Event space covers more than 82,000 sq ft, and Forbes Travel Guide rates the hotel four stars.
