How visa processing works at bookingMentor
bookingMentor files visas as part of its packages: the Thai e-visa, the UAE tourist visa, the Thai, Malaysian and Singapore visas on the 10-day tour, and the Saudi Umrah visa through Nusuk. The fee is included in the package price, but the decision always rests with the country concerned.
Since 2011 bookingMentor has helped travellers from Bangladesh apply for visas and has offered Bangladesh passport services: obtaining, renewing and replacing passports for Bangladeshi citizens. A visa is applied for through a few online steps, and on our packages the application is filed for you, using the documents you hand in with the advance payment.
Visas filed for you on our packages
- Sunbath – Pattaya & Bangkok Tour, 5 Days and Green Escapes – Chiang Mai Tour, 6 Days: the Thai e-visa
- Ultimate Luxury – Dubai & Abu Dhabi Tour, 6 Days: the UAE tourist visa, after an eligibility check
- Singapore – Thailand – Malaysia, 10 Days: the Thai, Malaysian and Singapore visas
- Every one of the Umrah packages: the Saudi Umrah visa with Nusuk registration
Two rules that apply to every visa
Visas are issued at the discretion of the destination country's authorities, and the visa fee cannot be refunded once the application has been filed. For the UAE package, eligibility is checked before you pay in full, and anything not yet paid out is refunded if the visa is refused.
A trip that is not one of our packages
Send your question with the form on this page. Give your nationality, the country you want to visit, your travel dates and the purpose of the trip, so the team can tell you what is involved. Hand over an original passport only when you have a written receipt saying who holds it and when it will be returned.

- Check your passport's expiry date first: if it runs out less than six months after you return, renew it before applying for any visa.
- The visa fee cannot be refunded once the application has been filed.
- The decision on every visa rests with the destination country's authorities.
- Nepal, the Maldives, Sri Lanka (Electronic Travel Authorisation) and Bhutan do not need a visa arranged in advance by Bangladeshi tourists. Rules change, so check with the country's embassy or immigration website before you buy a ticket.
