In short
Bangladeshi passport holders cannot get a UAE visa on arrival, so the tourist visa has to be sponsored before departure by an airline, hotel, licensed agent or the UAE's own online service. A Dubai single-entry visa costs AED 200 for 30 days or AED 300 for 60 days, plus 5% VAT. The UAE embassy in Dhaka plays no part in it.
The UAE's embassies do not issue tourist visas. The visa is applied for online through the federal authority (ICP) or GDRFA Dubai, or arranged by an airline, a licensed UAE travel agent or a hotel when you book with them.
